Duty Motel: Pricing


The online Duty Motel service costs just $96 per motel per year. This works out at just $8 per month (or under 27c a day!). Moteliers are invoiced directly for the service at the start of the membership year (which starts on 1st Feb). In order to keep our administration costs down, all invoices are sent via email and are not posted. Invoices must be paid within 14 days in order to avoid a late payment charge (of 5% of the outstanding balance).

If your local MANZ branch wishes to use a call-centre or provide access to your availability to any other external organisation then an additional charge of $20 per month is made for each organisation. Your branch may oncharge this directly to the organisation (as some branches currently do). Note that iSites, Travel Agents can obtain free access to room availability information via our sister website www.roomsearch.co.nz.

FREE Listing on www.holidayguide.co.nz

All motels using Duty Motel will automatically be listed on our popular website www.holidayguide.co.nz FREE of charge. Holiday Guide is a very popular website and has excellent levels of web traffic, so it is highly recommended to take advantage of this - simply logon to Holiday Guide using your Duty Motel username and paasword to setup your listing.

Online Availability via www.holidayguide.co.nz

Motels using Duty Motel may display rooms as available on www.holidayguide.co.nz at no extra charge. If a customer wishes to make a booking, they must contact the motelier directly.

Commission FREE Online Booking via Holiday Guide, Jasons and MANZ Website

Motels using Duty Motel can opt to make their rooms available for instant confirmation booking on www.holidayguide.co.nz, www.jasons.com and www.nzmotels.co.nz for an additional small monthly charge.

Instant Confirmation Online Booking
Your rooms are available for unlimited commmission FREE online booking by the public via your Holiday Guide listing and optionally on a 10% commission basis to iSites and Travel Agents via www.RoomSearch.co.nz. With our RISK-FREE Guarantee we will only start charging you when online booking is working for you! 		$10 per month (1-4 rooms)

$25 per month (5-24 rooms)

$35 per month (25-49 rooms)

$50 per month (50+ rooms)

Selling Rooms via www.roomsearch.co.nz

Duty Motel members may make rooms available for booking by iSites and Travel Agents on a 10% commission basis at no extra cost. If you opt to use our online booking service then iSites and Travel Agents will be able to make real-time confirmed bookings via www.roomsearch.co.nz.

Call Centre Costs

You local MANZ branch may use any call-centre with Duty Motel. We recommend Blenheim based Callcare Ltd (www.callcare.co.nz). Callcare typically charges $30 per month + $1.10 per call handled (Note that these prices are exclusive of GST). An additional $20 per month Duty Motel charge applies. You may also want to setup an 0800 number for the call centre line - this of course is at extra cost.
